You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All items must be in orginal packing. If you would like to return any un-opened items we will credit your account toward your next purchase. If the merchandize is opened and in good re-sellable condition, it may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility, if it is not a defective item. We sincerely regret that shipping cost is not refundable. PRE-ORDERS Because we realize that our low cost scrapbook supplies go very rapidly we would like to offer you an alternative to garrantee that you get the merchandize you want. If there are any items that are not available due to out of stock, you may pre-order them to garrantee your order. We will ship your order within 7 days of receiving your order.
